But I think it is not possible to download the Acts from this website but only to browse to different sections of a particular Act.

However I have come to know that companies act can be downloaded from www.mca.gov.in

After the file opens, you can save it.

Sir, but what about Income Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act, Indirect Tax Laws, etc

One can only browse to different sections of a particular Act there, but cannot download from that website just like www.vakilno1.com.

The Government of India publishes all the enactments (acts) & laws passed by the Act of Parliament in the official Gazette. All such acts are made available for download by providing a search feature by name or the year in which the law has been passed. The link can be found here.
