hii. i wanted to know if FBT is still an important chapter for nov 09 exam, as the chapter has been deleted in this finance act. and no such tax wll be leviable from A.Y.10-11.

the fringe benefit tax has been abolished w.e.f. April 1, 2010 no question would be asked on tax audit relating to FBT.
