Fresh qualified ca should not join small and medium size ca

In market there is not much jobs for young CA.so they start joining small and medium size ca firm.generally that type of ca firm will tell u to leave firm after few months.once u enter small ca firm u can never enter coporate world in my opinion.in coming times there will be lesser jobs for ca.campus pacement selection method should be made more transparent.I somehow feel working in small ca firm will harm in the long run.better start your own practice.ca firm will never paus u more than 25000 per month.ca profession is going in what path is very difficult as of now.but icai has dent ca image.i feel very ca must be part of corporate world and not small ca firm.it lso depends on your choice.
