Sir/Madam,
In our case we are paying to the supplier the freight charges extra as he paid to some transport agency for booking the consignment to our office.
whether we have to pay GST on freight also ??? while paying the invoice amount???

The transport agency bills is your firm name then "YES". You want pay tax under RCM basis....

If such charges are included in bill raised by your supplier then GST is chargeable on it.

in above case supplier collect freight from purchaser paid to gta,so person who pays the freight,his liable to pay gst on rcm basis,i think here supplier will liable to pay...may i correct?

The Supplier Charged the freight in His Invoice then the Freight is Taxable. No more RCM for Buyers hand.
Also the Transporter dealing only for the Supplier then Buyer is not involved the Freight from the Transporter....
Thus the supplier received freight from Buyer except invoice the freight is excempted in the hands of Buyer...

Just try to understand...
If supplier charge freight from you by adding it in your invoice then you have to pay GST on it included in invoice .
Payment to transporter made by supplier so he has to pay GST under RCM.
If he is not charging then no GST applicable.
If you are paying freight charges to transporter then you have to pay GST under RCM.

If supplier is including the freight charges in his supply invoice - Then supplier is required to charge GST even on freight and RCM is not applicable.
If GTA invoices you directly and supplier is just arranging the transporter - RCM is applicable.

IF FREIGHT AMT 40,000 AND SULLIPER PAY 30.000 IN ADVANCE AND REMEINING 10,000 PAID BY BUYER AND RCM APPLY ON SULLIPER OR BUYER AND IF RCM ON BUYER, THE ON 40,000 OR 10,000 AND 30,000 NOT REIMBURSE TO SULLIPER AND TDS WTICH AMT DEDUCTED BY BUYER
