Freight in invoice & eway bill
currently I charge freight + tax (as iteam applicable) in invoice & in eway bill I add freight on taxable value only...is it fine or its any other method.

It's fine. no more/need other options.
Yes ... it correct way adopted, because the Eway bill will not accept the Sac (Services) code
