kindly enlighten whether the franchisee is entitled to the basic exemption limit , when he gets raw material from franchisor and manufactures at his restaurant with more inputs. pl. give notification no,. if any.

There is no specific bar for franchisee services for claiming exemption of Rs.10 Lakhs turnover; you may refer to the notification no.33/2012-ST dated 20 June 2012.
You may also analyse the exception clause for branded goods. Further, your activity may also amount to manufacture.
