Forms need to file for appointment & resignation of cfo

you have to file MGT 14, DIR,12 & MR-1 for the appointment of CFO. and for resignation u have to file only DIR 12

MGT -14  is filled because CFO being a KMP is appointed by Board of Director using the power given under section 179 read with rule 8.

FOR DIR-12 see sectio  170(2) whenever KMP is appointed or resigned company has to file DIR-12

FOR MR-1 see Rule 3 of Companies(appointment & remuneration of managerial pesonnel) Rules 2014
