I've already set-up a Pvt Ltd with 2 Indian directors by filing forms like 1A, 1, 18, 32 etc. Now, I want to set-up a Pvt Ltd with 3 foreign national directors(none of which are in India so this has to be done remotely with the use of scanned documents etc.).
How different is the latter than the former? And are there any certain certificates that I'd have to obtain since they're foreigners?
