Dear Team,

Please help me with following points:

One of my friends is planning to form a new Pvt Ltd, company (Staffing Solutions / Payroll etc) either at Hyderabad (Telangana) or at Cochin (Kerala). He is residing at Hyderabad and 4 others are residing at Kerala.
1) End - to-End process to form a company (registrations & formalities)

2) Best Suggested State for registration (Telangana / Kerala).

3) Will they be eligible for any business loan in the entry level.

4) Recruiting Auditor and Legal advisor.

Hello,

Point-1:- To register a company, all of the propsed directors need to take Director Identification Number, Then You can apply for Name Approval. You can give six name in preference order.

Once Name Approved, You can Apply for Registration for Incorporation of the company with MOA, AOA, And Address proof of the registered of the company. Once Name Approved, ROC will issue Certificate of Incorporation then you can apply for PAN.

Point-2:- You can register the company in any state.

Point-3:- Loan will depend on Profile of the company and Directors, Nature of Loan Required (Loan for Plant & Machinery/Working Capital)

Point-4: Auditor is required to be appoint within one month from the date of Incorporation.
