Can any one provide me the Formats required for De-Merger. I.e Formats for Application to Courts for holding Meeting of Creditors/ Member, Formats for Notice of Meeting of Members/Creditors, Draft Scheme of Demerger and other Formats such a s News Paper Advertisements , Petitions and other Board and general Meeting resolutions.

These formats are provided by the advocates and dependent upon facts of each case. In any case you will have to engage advocate who can appear in High Court for getting approval for such scheme.
