Formation of Pvt Comp with One Exec. and One Non-Exec Director

Yes a private company can be formed with one executive and one non-executive director. The act does not provide any other restriction in the case of private company except that it shall have a minimum of two directors.

Min 2 with any combination:

1. Executive-Executive

2. Non-Executive-Non-Executive

3. Executive-Non-Executive
