Dear Friends,
Please let me know, can a private limited company be formed with One Executive and One Non-Executive Director. Are there any restrictions in th Act which says that a company has to have a minimum of two Executive directors.

Yes a private company can be formed with one executive and one non-executive director. The act does not provide any other restriction in the case of private company except that it shall have a minimum of two directors.
Min 2 with any combination:
1. Executive-Executive
2. Non-Executive-Non-Executive
3. Executive-Non-Executive
