Yes, but it from Jan. 1, 2017 and new form name SPICe is introduced full form Simplified per-forma for incorporation of company electronically. Now person who want to incorporate OPC may also get DIN , TIN, by filling the same, because new form is linked with NSDL website for getting the TIN.
