Formation of llp

u have to file form 1,2,3,4,for registering LLP....firstly file form 1 for availablity of name ,,,later on when name is approved file form 2,3,4......for further assistance u can revert back to me....U CAN REGISTER LLP THROUGH PCS..OTHERS VIEW SOLICITED

you want to start llp for that you have to file form 1,2,3,4 and form 7. form 7 is for the allotment of designated partner indentification number because for the llp there is requirment of two designated partners.and after that you have to file form 8 and form 11 for the annual compliance and form 8 if you taken any secured loan for the bank.
