My Son-in-Law wants to form HUF (with my daughter + 2 year-old kid). Getting HUF PAN card is the very First Step and despite applying for HUF PAN Card, after following requisite procedures, (submitting affidavit+relevant documents for himself, wife and the child), his application got rejected. Please guide, or suggest a reliable qualified person,(with his contact info) who has done this sort of work.

2 years old Boy. Sponsor jointly by my daughter and Son-in-law. Would like info, on Maximum allowed corpus, as per the law, and additions thereafter every year. Thanks.
Any one parent should give gift say 10000/- towards your HUF. OPEN a bank account. And then apply with Gift letter affidavit for PAN card.
Bank (HDFC) asking for HUF PAN Card First, before opening HUF Account.
