Format of intimation for availing cenvat credit.
Recently come to know that for availing CENVAT credit assessee needs to give intimation to the Superintendent, I request if anybody is having the format please provide.

I have not come accross such thing.
I don't think there is anything as such wherein department has to be intimated for claiming cenvat credit except under rule 6(3)/(3A) of the Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004.
