Hi, Can anyone provide me the Directors Report for the COmpanie incorporated in state of Jammu and Kashmir

Dear Chaitali,

         In J&K, companies act is same applicable as other state of INDIA.For director report, get service of company secretary.

I think directors reports are also company based and not extempore.
