I want to change the name of Company. Form 1A + F23 are Approved But in Case of 1B, the roc sy they need a ca certificate. We have also done change of object as per the new Name.

I need the Format of Such certificate from CA regarding turnover details (Which Must satisfy the Kolkata ROC Query.
NB: Every ROC have Different -2 Local Rule and Format So i am Looking The Format Which is Already used in the kolkata ROC.
