Format of bank guarantee for bond for export of service

Dear Experts

We got some export order of our consulting service , we want to get export service without paying IGST.We need to give bond alongwith bank guarantee as our case is not fulfilling the criteria of LUT.

Now pls help me out for making the bank guarantee , can you give me the format of the Bank Guarantee.

Why you submitting bond take LUT, LUT is available to all exporter expect who have been prosecuted for any offence under the CGST Act or the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 or any of the existing laws and the amount of tax evaded in such cases exceedsINR 250 lakhs.
