Format of bank guarantee for bond for export of service

Dear Experts

We got some export order of our consulting service , we want to get export service without paying IGST.We need to give bond alongwith bank guarantee as our case is not fulfilling the criteria of LUT.

Now pls help me out for making the bank guarantee , can you give me the format of the Bank Guarantee.
