Format for income tax computation od total income

Hi Members,

This request is on behlaf of my sister, who got VRS from Govt. service recently. She wants to file her income tax return for the current financial year with retirement benefits. Apart from this, she has interest income from bonds and fixed deposits.

I myself am a chartered accountant seeking  help from you CA clubindia members. Can someone provide a readymade format in excel sheet for the purpose of computation of total income   and the tax liability for her for FY 2017-18.
