For FY 2009-10 which format of form 16A & 16 is applicable, coz on Income tax site new form is available & as per CBDT notification dt 30.6.09 new rules of TDS is kept on abeyance

You have ro use the existing format of FOrm 16 & 16A.
i also suggest the same since there s no notification found
As per my knowledge there's no system of UTN prevailing at present.
No UTN is prevailing but its not mandatory
