Formalities with roc - new director

Dear Friends

Please answer my query

My client is a private company having 2 directors/members say A & B. A is the MD having 51% of share of capital and the rest is held by B. Now B had transferred half of his share to C and the rest to A. B resigned from directorship and C is admitted as a new director.

What are the forms to be filed with ROC under Companies Act, 2013 ?

Is it necessary to file share transfer details with ROC ?
