Formalities on completion of articleship training.

mostly you have taken excess leave thats why he is telling to work 6 more months otherwise he cant stop you but the thing is if he has not sign also institiute will deem it as ur artclp completed if you dont send ur completion certificate before 15days starts from  completion date so dnt worry. you can refer institute website for more information .......procedures are well explained in students section of our site all the best for final exams.......

i have complete my article traning,but i don't knoe in how many time form no:108 has been filled in to institute.

it is to be filled within one month from the date when ur articleship is over

One more thing non-submission of form 108 within stipulated time limit attracts penalty by monetary means but dont know the exact amount of penalty but some penalty is there..
