Respected Sir/Madam,
I passed out my IPCC in May 10 and registered for my articleship on 1st sept 2010. I also received my registration letter from the institute. As I am also doing my Bcom, I am supposed to submit form 112 while registering for articleship . But I have found an original copy of form112 lying with me which has no seal of the institute's office. So I am confused whether I have filed the form if it was in duplicate or I have not filed yet.
1. How can I know what documents I have filed with the institute??
2. Whether I need to submit the form 112 now ?
3. how much will be the late fee and in whose name I have to make the demand draft?
4. Will there be any major consequences after filing the form now regarding my articleship tenure?

You have time still. In case you have a doubt regarding the submission, you can file it within the end of this month as 6 months is the maximum period. DD in favour of Secretary, ICAI. The late remittance fee is prescribed in the instrucction sheet of form 112 which you can download from the institute website. I guess it'll be Rs.1000/-
