Form SH7 Filing

Board resolution date of a private limited company was wrongly recorded as 10/the Feb 2022 instead of 28th March 2021. SH-7 for increasing authorised share capital was filed & uploaded with BR containing mistyped date on 11th Feb 2022. The Audited Balance Sheet for FY 2020-21 reflects increase paid up capital.

Is there any way to amend the SH-7 Form and upload correct BR with fine/penalty for late submission of form SH-7.

If payment is not made and Cancel SRN option is reflecting then you can cancel SRN and don't pay stamp duty on increased authorised capital , if it's done then physical request with supporting documents will require , by the way SH7 should be filed by BR and OR both ...
