Dear All,

I have filed a Form 61 and it got approved in 8 days. I have had an opportunity to meet one of the Dy.ROC at Mumbai ROC. As guided by him, following application was made on letter head of the compnay duly signed by a Diretor and a pdf whereof was attached with Form 61.

1.         Status of the company for efiling is shown as “dormant” on the MCA21 portal as the company has not filed its Annual Returns and Balance Sheets for the Financial Year 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09.

2.         We propose to file an Application in Form No.61 to change the status of the company from “dormant” to “active”. We, hereby undertake to get the Annual Returns and Balance Sheet for the above years filed once the status is updated to “active” on the MCA21 portal.

3.         In view of the above, we request your goodself to do the needful and oblige.

No fee is required to pay for filing form no.61. The status of the compnay was changed to "Active and Progress" and will remain the same for 21 days from the date of approval of Form No.61.
