Form inc 23 shows "pending for roc report"

we called to RD office they told us to send the documents by post. Visit and submission not required now.

Is your form approved now? How much time it took to get approved?

RD rejected it because he wants advertisement in "Times of India" and I gave advertise in "Business Standard."

I have given advertisement in The Times of India and Dainik Jagran..Want to confirm if Dainik Jagran is acceptable by RD?

In my case also, without any re-submission option, they have rejected, on the major ground that application has not been send to chief secretary of State. It was because of lock-down and nonavailability of communication facility. I have wrote a letter to RD and Chief secretary of State to provide a chance of re-submission. Lets see. 

Does the phrase , "pending for ROC Report" necessarily means that the Form will be rejected ?

my form also shows pending for roc report  i have given advertisement in finance express and janta express will it be approved ?

i have advertised in finance express and jansatta edition  is there any chances for rejection   gnl 2 is approved and inc 23 pending for roc report
