Form inc 23 shows "pending for roc report"

Dear All,

I am shifting registered office from New Delhi to Pune. for that purpose I filied form INC 23 to RD, my form status show from last 15 days "Pending for ROC report". Can any body tell me in how much day should ROC take for giving his report to RD or change the form status?

Submit original application with all annexure to RD office and communicate for hearing date. After hearing the RD will Pass order and form INC-23 will be approved.

we called to RD office they told us to send the documents by post. Visit and submission not required now.

You will have to follow their office procedure. Send the document by speed post and wait for hearing.No other option available.

RD rejected it because he wants advertisement in "Times of India" and I gave advertise in "Business Standard."

I have given advertisement in The Times of India and Dainik Jagran..Want to confirm if Dainik Jagran is acceptable by RD?

Can we file for refund of fees for INC-23 if it is rejected? Our form got rejected without any chance provided for resubmission. Is there any other resolution available or do we need to file afresh?

In my case also, without any re-submission option, they have rejected, on the major ground that application has not been send to chief secretary of State. It was because of lock-down and nonavailability of communication facility. I have wrote a letter to RD and Chief secretary of State to provide a chance of re-submission. Lets see.
