Form for first board metting

Dear All, 

We have recently conducted ''First Board meeting '' ( within 30 days of incorporation )  and discussed  i)appointment of auditor ii)bank account opening  iii)issued share certificate iv) Placed MoA , AoA , Incorporation certificate etc and noted the same   etc 

I have seen MGT-14 but  there is no option to select ''First Board Meeting '' resolution. 

Now , which form has to submitted to MCA to communicate above ''First Board Meeting '' ?
