Form for efiling?

My father is a retd govt employee. After retirement, he is working as a part time adviser to a private law firm from where gets monthly fees of Rs 20,000. Other than that, he gets his pension and interest income (bank FDs).

1) Someone advised he should use ITR5 to e-file his returns as he will be treated as a "professional/consultant" because of his advisory position. Is that correct?

2)can he not use the other Sahaj forms?

3) Does his tax liability change if he is classified as "professional/consultant" vis a vis "individual"?

ITR-5 is to be used for FIRM.

ITR-4 can be used for filling his income.

Thanks. Under what section should he report the fees he receives as adviser? Also, what does "income for specified person" mean?
