Form for appointment of cost auditor

Hi, As per new Co. Act 2013, the appointment of Cost Auditor do not require Central Govt. Approval under section 148 of Co. Act 2013. now Board of Directors can appoint Cost Auditor on the basis of recommendations of Audit Committee. So can any body let me know that now which form we have to file to appoint cost auditor since the MCA has still showing form 23C - which is meant for CG approval for appointment of Cost Auditor. Thanks in advance and please treat as urgent.
