GNL.1 is for making application for approval.  GNL.2 is for intimation only.

Dear Members,

A company has two directors; in which one of the director cum chairman, was hospitalized due to chronic illness from the month of July, 2017, and was not even able to sign a Balance sheet and other documents also annual accounts of the company have not been prepared, so as on date there is no Balance sheets filed in ROC within due date.

Today the director condition is now stable and are able to sign the above mentioned accounts and other documents, cheques etc. Hence they are seeking for extension of AGM today.

So you are requested to please inform whether it’s possible to extend the AGM by filing a form GNL-1 in backdated?

If yes, then what should be the Balance Sheet Signing Date? Also inform if any another way to resolve this Problem
