Form-F

1. Fill the Form 2A(Requisiton), Form 2C(Application) & Form 2B(Utilization, no need of it, if you are applying for 1st time) 

2. Authorisation Letter (with Rs. 50/- Court Fees), ( No need of Authorisation Letter, If you are applying for 1st time to the Dept. in this case Signature of Prop. or Authorised Signatory is required (in case of Company)

3. Proper Bills & Upto Date Return

4. Mark the Application with STO

5. Then Submit the paper with Clerk

6. He vreify the No Dues & Upto Date Return

7. Then the STO will print the Order

8. Then the Form is in your Hand

( And for private information...if you dont have complete document...tab bhi Sir..... kaam ho jayega...within 2 hours... and if you have all the document.........tab bhi....4-5 round lagane parenge..... unki Fees to deni hai....chahe....1st day de do....ya.....baad me....vo ese nhi maante........(this is only in Delhi)
