I just wanted to know How can we file online reply on gst portal to SUMMARY ORDER (Form DRC -07).
Further, we have mailed our replies to the gst officer whose mail id was mentioned in the order copy
Manila submissions will also be done shortly but my concern is who can we reply online on the gst portal.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to respond to a GST Form DRC-07 Summary Order. While you can mail replies and plan manual submissions, the portal doesn't directly accept online replies to DRC-07 as it's a final demand order. Your options are to request rectification for clerical errors via the 'Orders' tab or file an appeal (Form APL-01) within three months.

There is no Mumbai High Court decision allowing the claim of "unclaimed" ITC after the statutory deadline. However, the Bombay High Court has recently ruled that technical portal limitations cannot block the transfer of unutilized ITC during mergers and that account blocks under Rule 86A must expire after one year.

Form DRC-07 is a final demand order, not a notice that accepts further direct replies. Your options are to either file a request for rectification (for clerical errors only) via the "Orders" tab on the portal or file a formal appeal in Form APL-01 within 3 months to challenge the demand.
