I WANT TO ASK IS IT MANDATORY TO ATTACH DIR 2 WITH FORM DIR-12 IN CASE OF FIRST DIRECTOR?

It is required to attach at time of Incorporation to appoint First Director.
Is it mandatory print Dir-2 on stamp paper?
Form DIR-2 is not required to be drafted in a stamp paper.
A pvt ltd co has currently 4 directors & want to resign 2 of them & to appoint 2 new directors. Is Form DIR 12 is sufficient or DIR 11 is also required to be filed with ROC.
Please guide as soon as possible.
