Form-C for Highmastlighting Syter

Dear Sir,

the query is not clear in respect of how the said goods are being used, Issue of Form-C depends on use of goods

however i will try to provide under which circumstances form-c can be issued

a) for resale

b) for use in the manufacture or processing of goods for sale or in the telecommunications network or in mining or in the generation or distribution of electricity or any other form of power

c) for use as containers or packing of goods for sale
