Form C

According to my knowledge, Form C is issued if you have sold any goods outside the state. In that case you are liable to pay CST and not VAT.

If there is no form C then it would be considered as Within the state and the respective vat will get attracted.

But when should i issue Form C i.e. as and when the purchase is made or on monthly or quarterly basis.

If i have to issue as and when the purchase is made then within how many days from the date of purchase i should issue the form

Pls Clarify.
