AOC-1 PART B QUERY
1) As per Section 129 (3) Explanation given in Act ----“subsidiary” includes Associate and Joint venture.
2) As per Form AOC-1— is having Part “B”: Associates and Joint Ventures.
3) As per definition of Associate as per the Companies Act -2015 , a company in which that other company having significant influence (holds atleast 20 %).
Query : 1) Now all the Companies including listed , unlisted and pvt company having other company holding 20 % or more in that company have to file AOC- Part –B ????
IN Pvt company mostly there are 2 shareholders , so in that case , in almost in all pvt company , there will be company , which will hold more than 20 % so does it mean all such companies have to file AOC-1as attachment along with financial statement?????
