Is Form ADT-1 required to be manually signed or digitally signed. The Form downloaded from MCA does not have the field where DSC is allowed to be affixed.

You should put DSC in pdf . it is possible in PDF Acrobat
You can print ADT.1, get it signed manually and attach scan copy to GNL.2.

Electronic version of ADT 1 has not been released yet...till its release, it is to be filed as an attachment to form GNL 2....take a print out of format of ADT 1, fill in the details, get it signed manually and attach with form GNL 2..
