Hi Ankit,
There is a news that entire GSTR-9 (Annual Return) and GSTR-9C (GST Audit) will be scrapped/ suspended. No update on this. Till then, it is assumed that the assessees are required to file them. Extension could be expected till Sep, 2019, but not sure.
