I am trying to fill form 9 for LLP information. It is asking for LLPIN & DPIN which I do not have. Should I leave these columns blank?
Also, I have attached the form 9. Please check the format whether this is the correct format as my LLP form came to re submission due to improper form 9 format.

Form 9 is consent form for designated partners . It needs to be attached with fillip form.
