Hello ,
For statement of Accounts of LLP, we have to submit form 8. However the LLP is also applicable for audit as turnover ia above Rs.40 lakhs.
Do I need to upload audit report along with Form 8 on MCA site.
What is the process for the same.
Do i need to attach separately or only file tax audit report along with computation on income tax portal
LLP is required to prepare its statement of accounts and solvency containing the details of Assets, Liabilities, Income and Expenditure as on 31st March every year and if audit is applicable to your LLP then such books of accounts are required to be audited by Chartered Accountant.
Form 8 shall be filed within 30 days from the end of 6 months of closing of the FY
