FORM 8 AND FORM 11 LATE FEE IS 100 rS. PER DAY, ITS VERY HIGH, CONSIDERING LATE FEE MUST BE COMPENSATORY IN NATURE.
I HAVE AN LLP WITH TEN THOUSAND CAPITAL AND I HAVE TO PAY 1 LAC RUPEES JUST FOR 1 YEAR DELAY.

I am facing the same problems.there has been no business in my LLP for more than 1 year.Also,due to the callousness of my CS my returns have not been filed on time and I am facing a penalty of around 80-90k.I think the fines imposed are highly UNREASONABLE ,to say the least.
