Form 8 and 11 for LLP getting closed

We are going to file for LLP strike off. Is it compulsory to file Form 8 and 11 prior to that?

As on which date should we prepare both the documents?

Yes, you have to file form 8 and 11 before due date else late fees applicable . It's better to file form 8 and 11 before strike off to avoid litigations .

So if lets say accounts gets closed on 31st Jan. As on which date should we prepare all these documents.

So if lets say LLP got closed on 31st Jan and we will file for strike off in the month of Feb. As on which date should we prepare all these documents. These documents has already been filed till last 31st March.

If it's filed till last 31st March, than its ok...
