Form 67- Unable to e-file

I was unable to e-file Form67 required for foreign tax credit where response was No response received from server. I will try later.

Preview form on download shows today's date as 20 July 21 instead of 9 Sep 21.

The attachment was not visible on preview.

Has anyone successfully e-filed Form 67 ?

Thanks

Quick Summary
Users are encountering issues with e-filing Form 67, including server response errors and incorrect dates on previews. Some users have successfully resolved these by resubmitting data or waiting for system upgrades. The thread also discusses required documentation for claiming foreign tax credits and confirms that technical glitches with Form 67 e-filing have now been resolved.

Check if you can submit it today, as the system got upgraded meanwhile.

If the problem persists, report it under Grievances, so that it may get repaired at earliest.

Today I got response after e-file of Form 67 "Invalid format for Large Count." See attachment

Does anyone know what that means?

Better file it again with newly filled data. Earlier one might have got corrupted.

Finally I submitted form 67 successfully today and felt relieved.

Thanks everyone for responses.

This is resolved and may be closed.

Sir facing similar error of large count - how to solve the same, please help

My experience here.

Yesterday I noticed my previous input data was missing so I had to enter data again and attach ZIP file. This time preview showed the attached file as well.

Suggest restart fresh and enter data.

Hello sir,

My client has onsite taxable income . He is Software engineer and on his Foreign taxable income we want to claim relief u/s 90. On the documents front he has Annexure to form 16, on which His foreign income is reflected and tax paid on it also. What other document is required to submit with deptt while filing Form 67?

Though I am not a tax professional, proof of foreign income and tax paid is all that is required. Data filled in 67 must be supported by document/s attached.

For dividend.  Form 1042-s & if financial year other than April to March then deduct/add accordingly dividend. There after attach statement.
