I have been trying to file Form 67 for availing Foreign tax credit, but the document is not getting attached. Has anybody tried attaching the document.

PDF ZIP file shows file name attached in the Attachment part but shows no file name in the Preview on going to e-verify. It also shows error in filing Exchange Rate 100.41 in Part A.

Various Grievances raised through eportal and twitter but nothing has been done to resolve it except acknowledgement of grievances and advice to send details through email on orm @ cpc.incometax.gov.in.

No one is showing accountability.
