Form 67 (addendum) for POA

After revieiwing these forms ROC asked me to file POA by using Form 67 (addendum). But, when I thought CS/CA digital signature is required for Certification section of the form, one of my friends, who is CS told me that  CS/CA digital signature is NOT required. Based on his suggestion, I went ahead and tried to upload the form in MCA web site, but I got an error saying 'Some prescruitiny validations have failed. Please make required changes and upload the Form again'. I also got one pop-up window that says 'Transaction Error - Please contact Help Desk/Back Office with reference ID xxxxxxxx'. When I contacted the help desk, I didn't get solution from them. Pls. help me to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

You just need to pre-scrutanize the form (Tab) after all activities are done in the e-form.

You should not see the tab "Prescrutiny" highlighting.

Save / Save As the forms. Then Upload in MCA.  It should work.

Pre-Scrutiny errors are common in most of E-forms.

Dear Santosh,

Thanks for your reply. I did click 'Prescruitiny' button in the form and I got a warning message saying 'You should connect to MCA21 website to upload this form'. After that message I saved the form 67 and then I uploaded it. Still I'm getting same error. My question is, whether CS digital signature is required for form 67? Since, the form that I'm uploading doesn't have CS signature under 'Certificate' section, it may be causing the issue. Pls. let me know.

CS Signature is not required in Form 67.

Please open MCA Website window.

and then pre-scrutanize the form 67 form to your desktop or any other place.

If it does not work still, then better download a fresh form 67, fill up and pre-scrutanize.

Ensure you keep MCA Website open.

After uploading the form, I got different error now that says 'Signature of atleast one authorized signatory in accordance with the form, for which Form 67 (addendum) is being filed, should be there in Form 67'. Pls. let me know if there is any solution for this. Thanks in advance.

 Hi Prasad

You need to affix DSC of 1 Director. Ideally no such error should pop-up.

Anyways kindly do the roll check ( Registration of DSC).

Post signature & pre-scrutanization and proceed again. Hope it should take then.

Prasad-send the friend to your CS friend. He will check and let you know the error. Dont be tensed
