Form - 67

Dear Professional Colleagues,

I have filled up Form 67 and mailed the same to PCS. There are 2 places where his signatures are required. First at the place "In case the original form has been signed by any PCS etc." and secondly, the Form 67 has to be certified by him.

But he is unable to sign at both places. Whether same person can not sign at both places?

The Signature Point No. 1 of Form 67 shall be signed by the Director of the Company and the last signature under the head "Certificate" shall be pre-certified by the PCS.

There are no other signatures which a PCS needs to do.

Further, Pls specify the document for which you are uploading addendum. I presume the PCS is trying to sign at Signature Point No. 3 and the Certification part.

Any e-form can not be digitally signed by same DSC twice. Hence, MCA will not accept such form, signed by same PCS twice.

Dear Mitali,

First of all this is to correct you that the sign of PCS is required only at one place even when the original form is required to be signed by the PCS otherwise not.

Secondly, in form 67 it is correct that 3 places are given for signatures. But you are required to be signed only at 1st place and certification is done at the 3rd place.

Thanks a lot.

It means that out of 4 places provided for signatures, only 2 people are reqd. to sign the form.

1 is to be signed by director.

2 Form has to be certified by PCS.

But then what is the use of giving 4 places for signing? Origianl form is 25C for which addendum is to be filed.

You are correct now. There may be certain documents which are required to be signed by 2 directors or addendum is filed for Form 1, then point 2 and 3 may be used.

Rest, only 2 signs are required.
