Form 62 for statement in lieu of advertisement

Dear Professional Colleaques,

I have query related to filling of form 62 for filling statement in lieu of advertisemnet under rule 4 A of the Company's 9Acceptance of Deposits) Rules 1975.

My query is whether the same is required to be file under the Companies Act, 2013 even if the Company doesnot have any outstanding amount.

Quick reply in this regard will be of immense help.
