Form 61a

While uploading Form 61A, though using correct signature file following error is appearing. Pls guide:-

"Either you have not registered your DSC or the registered DSC has expired. Please update a valid digital signature certificate."

U are using the bulk upload tab or X M L upload?

I am uploading the Form 61A Zip file but while uploding it shows Invaild ZIP file. Please upload the valid Zip file.  Please tell me the solution of this

 

If the company has more than 1 reportable transactions i.e. debenture and share. whether it will file 2 form61A or these 2 will be in Zip folder.

Further if i upolad the zip folder then an error shows Invalid ZIP.... I am not able to find out the reason of Invalid ZIP. Please Help
