What is the penalty for non filling out Firm 61

that is w.r.t to SFTs (61A) and reportable accounts(61B) right?????
and btw it's 500/day and not 100

yeah you right... I was supposed to type five hundred rupees and accidentally five was cropped....
could please tell me the purpose of form 61 bcoz I think, form 61 has been replaced with form 61a

if someone doesn't have a PAN then he needs to submit a declaration in form 60 to (say bank)
Then the bank needs to report such 'no PAN' (form-60) cases in Form 61

to best of my knowledge, there's no provisions to levy penalty for non furnishing of form 61....
