Form 4 of new llp prescrutiny error

Hello everyone!

I have filed form 1, 2 and 3 for incorporating a new LLP in Mumbai. My question is, is it necessary to file Form 4 also? I am encountering a pre-scrutiny error saying that the names of the designated partners and partners are already associated with the LLP in case of appointment. Because of this error, the Form 4 is not being taken on record after uploading. All details of the partners and DPs have already been filed in Form 2 so is it necessary to file Form 4?
